GENERAL
The Culture Cats is an independent 
Indian streetwear brand selling 
made-to-order graphic tees.

All designs are original and owned 
by The Culture Cats. Reproduction 
or commercial use of any design 
without written permission is 
strictly prohibited.

ORDERS
All orders are confirmed only 
after successful payment.

As all products are made to order 
we cannot guarantee changes or 
cancellations once an order is placed.

Please contact us immediately at 
[your email] if you need to make 
any changes and we will do our 
best to accommodate.

PRICING
All prices are listed in Indian 
Rupees (INR) and are inclusive 
of all taxes.

Prices are subject to change 
without notice. Discount codes 
cannot be combined unless 
explicitly stated.

PAYMENTS
We accept all major payment methods 
including UPI, credit cards, debit 
cards and net banking via Razorpay.

COD is available at an additional 
fee of ₹70.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, graphics, text and 
content on this website are the 
exclusive property of The Culture 
Cats and are protected under 
applicable intellectual property laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Culture Cats shall not be liable 
for any indirect or consequential 
loss arising from the use of our 
products or website.

Our maximum liability is limited 
to the value of the order placed.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the 
laws of India. Any disputes shall 
be subject to the jurisdiction of 
courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
