If something isn't right — we'll
make it right.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchange requests within
7 days of delivery for:

— Wrong size received
— Defective or damaged product
— Incorrect product received

To raise an exchange request:
1. Email us at [your email] or
DM us at @theculturecats
2. Share your order number and
a photo of the issue
3. We'll confirm and arrange
a replacement within 48 hours

SIZE EXCHANGES
If the size doesn't fit, we'll
exchange it for the correct size
subject to availability.

We recommend checking our size
guide before placing your order.

RETURNS
As all products are made to order
we do not accept returns for:

— Change of mind
— Incorrect size ordered
— Color variation due to
screen display differences

REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued in cases
where a replacement is not possible
due to stock unavailability.

Refunds are processed within
7-10 business days to the
original payment method.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged,
please share an unboxing video
and photos within 24 hours
of delivery. We'll replace it
immediately, no questions asked.
