Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
after dispatch.

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping on all prepaid orders 
across India.

COD orders carry an additional 
handling fee of ₹70.

TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you will 
receive a tracking link via email and 
SMS to track your order in real time.

DELAYS
Delivery timelines may vary during 
peak seasons, public holidays, or 
due to courier delays outside our 
control. We appreciate your patience.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address 
is complete and accurate at checkout. 
The Culture Cats is not responsible 
for orders lost due to incorrect 
addresses provided by the customer.
